Getting Started

OK, you probably asking yourself "is CrossFit for me?"...now listen to me very carefully...  The only way to find out is to do it!  To be open-minded, have a little courage and try a free class. 

We totally understand that CrossFit gyms/classesRomeo, the gym dog keeping a keen on eye on things can look intimidating and yes we do work hard, very hard but keep in mind everyone of our members has had a “first day" and have felt the same way you feel now looking from the outside in.

So to make your first day and week as simple and comfortable as it should be we offer a free 7 day trial of our "CrossFit Lite" classes for people just like you who our new to this stuff.  These classes are held weekly on Mondays, Tuesday and Thursdays at 5:30 P.M. and 6:15 P.M. as well as Saturdays at 9:30 A.M.  You can expect a welcoming environment and to have some fun as you try these 30 minute conditioning focused, minimal weightlifting classes that will get you sweating and breathing hard. 

And if it at the end of you trial you don't think CrossFit is for you, that's totally fine, we won't bust your chops. but at least you can stop wondering and move on to something else.

 So if you're in...here’s what you do.

1.  Fill out the form below to schedule your First CrossFit Lite Class. Bring your workout gear, a water bottle and be ready to sweat and be coached!

 1.5.  CrossFit Lite Class times don’t work for you?  Or do you have some moderate-severe physical limitations?  Schedule a One on One Intro with one of our coaches for $15.  

2.  If you liked it and want more then Sign up for our 4 week On-Ramp Program or continue with our CrossFit Lite Class membership.  The purpose is to get you up to speed on the fundamental CrossFit movements, lingo and basic program concepts as well as us having the time to get to know you better.  For more details check out our On-Ramp tab.

33After graduating from our OnRamp Program you're ready to start Limited or Unlimited Group WOD membership or in some cases one on one Coaching/Athlete Restoration sessions are needed first.  If we feel that after you're On-ramp you have the tools to be safe and succesful in our Group Classes you will graduate to a be a member of our WOD squad. 

3.5 One more important point...let's assume after your On-Ramp you may need a little more help off the bat setting goals, improving your mobility and acquiring better technique on our movmements.  We have a special post-OnRamp special of either 3 one hour personal coaching sessions or half hour mobilitiy restoration sessions for only $99 or both for $189...this is a great way to get better faster!
